OrbitKit uses Google authentication, which means each human user should log in with their own Google account. You can invite others to work on your Organization!

On the Settings page, invite them by email. They will receive an email with instructions for accepting your invitation.

  • A Google account does not have to be @gmail.com. You can create a Google account associated with any email address, including @yahoo.com and @aol.com. 

You must pick a role for each user:

  • ADMIN users have full control over your organization, including adding/removing users and changing their roles.
  • DESIGNER users are restricted to the Designs page, the Tags page, and the Import/Export page. All they can do is upload designs and edit their titles, tags, and descriptions. They cannot view or edit the credentials of your venues.
