Only if you add a HOLD delay. This will delay the order from being submitted to the printer(s) and allow you to make changes to the order. However, this will delay the actual production of your order.

This is a setting for your venue which can be overridden per-blueprint:

Held orders will start in the HOLD state. Clicking the 'Print' button will start the print process:

Note that once an order has been sent to print, it cannot be put back in HOLD state.
