Generally speaking, as high resolution as you have. OrbitKit will automatically scale images down for platforms that cannot handle large files (I'm looking at you, Spreadshirt). But you can never scale up.

Most OrbitKit users seem to be coming from Merch so they have 4500x5400 images. That's totally fine.
